Ukrainian medics are real heroes in times of war. They are fighting for people's lives and health even during explosions, in shelters, and in times of lack of electricity or water. And healthcare facilities themselves repeatedly come under enemy fire. Last year in Mykolaiv region, the building of the outpatient clinic of the Bereznehuvata Central District Hospital was destroyed as a result of an attack by the invaders. This hospital was once located almost on the front line, and now it not only serves more than 16,000 community residents, but also continues to receive and help victims from the frontline areas. In such circumstances, the institution faces a shortage of medicines and medical devices. However, thanks to the support of the Ukrainischer Verein Augsburg e.V., we were able to close one of these requests. The NGO Antonov Aid Foundation delivered 14 items of medicines to the Bereznehuvata Central District Hospital. We sincerely thank our benefactors. Together we can do many good deeds in these difficult times.
